Chances are that the metadata has been stripped from the png. It isn't just for character cards though, there is either something going on with their attachment system or they are doing it on purpose after that whole debacle that had them remove the thread for sharing. The same thing happens for actual screenshots from a game as well, makes almost any image here worthless unless you are going to a thread to just... look at them.
