I think you're missing the right mods. Look to the upper left corner of the screen when you load the card. It should tell you what mods you're missing. I'll see if I can help you with it.

There is no missing mods, but the top is not showing, I don't understand

I'm new to HS2 and I was wondering if there's anything specific I need to do to achieve this level of quality. I mean without any particular mods, just with the base game. Or at least something close to it. Just out of curiosity, it probably takes experience, but I still wanted to ask for an opinion.

You could try DHH presets. I have a few you might like. For example, this one lets you see girls as if a charcoal drawing.

This one by candlelight.

Although using skin, hair, and makeup mods will always give better results.

Okay, this is a fix that I'm trying to make. I make a girl with some mods, and this is with almost ALL shoes mods. The feet isn't touching the ground. And there are some that age going through the ground. Is there ANY way to fix that?

Yes, is pretty simple if the body is a NextGenSkin you need to turn on Enable GraphicsMod in InitSetting is in the game folder, launch the game and press F5 and then you need to go in SSS tab if is alredy enabled you are ok, if is not enabled you must enable it, and then you are ok. Now you can see all NextGenSkin Models.

All the DLC and mods is All-In-One because you want all the mods that is what is bloating the size.

It doesn't say exactly how you say it, but everything is active. I press F5 and it doesn't open.
Would you have the current NGS because I only found the 2.0 version?

If you land on an error page it's because of geographic IP filtering : either you are using a VPN or are using a russian or chinese IP
