, which I linked, once you have all of the zip files in one folder, select them all and use 7zip (winrar will likely cause errors), and unzip them (if you're unsure how to unzip multiple files at once, I would just google that, it's a good skill to have in this sphere of the web). I think there's another singular zip file that's produced from that, just unzip that as well, and the game folder should be all there. You'll just want to run the game through the 'InitSettings' application (it should look like my screenshot in the post your quoted). Be aware, you'll want to let the game run for several minutes the first time you boot it up (you'll likely see a white screen or black screen, that's normal, just give it time to figure itself out).

there isn't any. The only way is to do it to the best of your ability using character maker. If you're willing to spend money you could possibly hire someone to do it for you.

Having same issue using the " All-In-One (DX R16 Base Game Repack - 72.8 GiB) " torrent. I've migrated the files to a HS2-R16 folder in my main drive and used init setting and HS2 registry fixer. After adding girls to the group, pressing meet up does nothing, pressing sleep does nothing, and trying to explore the maps to find a girl doesn't work. I can scroll through the maps to see girls at different locations but I can’t meet any of them. Anyone know how to fix these nonworking buttons?

Try running the game from InitSetting.exe.
This is how I solved it before. See if it works.

Hey, I downloaded Bridget from GG a futanari char. I want to use her in the male slot, but when I tried to drag and drop her into the male creation screen, it didn’t really work well.
Is there a way to change her gender or convert to male without breaking her original shaders?
