Bad news, that only fixes it inside the character creator/editor, the same effect persists through the selection and "gameplay". Yeah there's a chance the mods needed for those models aren't included in the repack, and I have absolutely no idea where to find them.

Did you save the changes on your card?
Simplest way is, you remove the card first from any group, make your changes in CharaMaker, then go to "Save (keep card)"

Then confirm "Overwrite".

NOTE: if you choose "Save New", all achievements and girls stats will be resetted!

Anyway I tested a little the chars Minoto and Mai Shiranui (included in Modpack-NextGenSkin) in a clean original R11 install and found the same issue as you posted.
In my full modded version it´s better, but still a little color mismatch is visible.

There are methods in Material Editor to match the colors but it´s more for advanced users.

I recommend you install the Hanmen stuff (NOT part of BetterRepack, but downloadable from here on F95) and skip the cards of the Modpack not working perfect.

I downloaded all mods you linked in that post, added them to the correct folder and even checked with KK Manager, but still got this.

I'm looking at HSPE2's interface and I found the colliders for the hands and boobs, and in my mind they could interact...

If your target is dynamic bone e.g. boobs, butt and hair, you can just pair a dynamic bone collider with part of body that collides.
And dont forget to tinker the collider size.

Try doing it on upper arm and make the chara arm squeeze the boobs.
It should work like

In his scene, that plane is very small bcs it's placed right in front of the camera.

2. Look for the girl's portrait at the wall.
It's should be consisted of a picture frame and a plane that refer to an external image.

I'm pretty happy with myself that I decided to wait for once before updating my game. And let others take the hit..
Sorry DarkLordNova I suspect that you just have to "bite the bullet" so to speak and do a re-install, it fixes most issues like this that will take ages otherwise to track down.
Don't forget to backup your things first though.

Just great that's what I needed. First the slow download speed for updating the mods and now this. Lol. I updated it with the R10 to R11 updater.exe. Now I will have to download the whole repack with R11 instead of just the update just to fix it. Oh well but I'm not gonna complain and like you said I can backup and I think need a fresh reinstallment anyways. Lol

Oh I will try that first to see it fixes it before doing a reinstallment.

Sorry you are having issues. Since R10 I've done a clean install each time and it seems to be a lot smoother way of doing things. You need more storage space though.

I'm sorry for being an idiot but I'm now coming back after watching two tutorials and tinkering for like 2 hours and I just have no idea what you mean by pairing XD I'm assuming you don't mean workspace parenting or using the Animation controller because those do nothing, and there's no option to pair anything together in HSPE2 as far as I can tell in any of the tabs in this interface

Hmmmm............not sure a full download will help.
I always making (and recommending) a clean new install since R5, so I did for R11 too (https://f95zone.to/threads/honey-select-2-dx-r10-illusion.53457/post-9320247) - and I have the same error message.
Didn´t recognize yet cuz I´m never using consoles

it's a bug/oversight and shouldn't be there - it's for the Room Girl Launcher.
