I'm stuck at buying the binoculars to be able to peek at Jennifer through the window, pretty much at the beginning. The only way to earn cash is $1-2 Julia massages in her room WHEN she pays you. There is nothing else to do in the game! Binoculars cost $45, after basically sleeping in the room until evening for ages I'm at $11. Sure there's promo codes, console commands and mods. But there should be an easy and straightforward way with existing game mechanics to earn money to progress. Please sort this out! Just about to give up.
