Guys, solved Leah's house problem. you have set the alarm and then go to her house at night. Finally. It took lots of frustration and time.
Good find. I never set an alarm to get there, but some other event occurred immediately beforehand, which probably ended at the same time as setting an alarm, so it had the same effect.

So this part is bugged, i actually had to go to a previous save before the school scenes where you nail elizabeth after the hospital and visiting chloes shop a second time. Otherwise the game locks you out of going to leah's house with the under construction thing.

for me i had to nap till afternoon then go back to school and it triggered an event then go back home and you sis is in the kitchen
