Ren'Py 32-bit executables have been triggering anti-virus due to reputation issues lately, but this one also uses a custom icon and that further exacerbates its virus detection problems:
That's a significant number of hits and not usual for false positives. However, most are "Generic" in variety - they think something looks weird, but can't say exactly what. Well, that's a clue that they are seeing unusual characteristics in the .exe compared to what is expected, but that doesn't actually point to malicious behavior which will occur.
If you compare to the 64-bit version, the base game is clean:
The 32-bit version is probably fine, but I recommend people don't run it if they are worrried and run a 64-bit OS. If you run a 32-bit OS, then either decide if you want to take the chance or try running it under a Virtual Machine.
