I tried placing it in a folder without letters "E:\2222" - error.
deleted the safe, new folder "C:\Users\***\Downloads\Hornienfeld_v8_paid" tried again, but again error.

You are playing old version, this bug is fixed in 8.1+(for paid), 7.1(for free). Yes, Stella is the last part of content at the moment

i keep getting this message each time i defeat the mouse girl in the sewer and doesn't let me advance

Unfortunately, it's a known bug that has been corrected in the latest version. That isn't uploaded here.
