You can also skip the attack animation by pressing E (or F?), so spamming E and left click allows you to kill super quick. Just keep an eye on your health and remember to press Q sometimes to heal. Also keep moving around, sometimes rat girl can actually miss an attack if you're sidestepping far enough away from her

Other lady is easy, she stands still and you just have to run up and spam attack her really quick

there is always a paid version one version above the public one, you have to either pay through itch or patreon. I believe this is a game worth giving a few bucks (was $2 a couple months ago now its $6..) but either way v4 isn't even that much expansive so you could just wait for it to be public later on
