By WT do you mean walkthrough? There's an official walkthrough updated with each version of the game, comes bundled in with the download.
That being said there's a lot of hidden little scenes everywhere so URM can help with finding scenes that have ultra-specific requirements.

According to the walkthrough getting Christine to 14 attraction points should start her next quest (searching for adel in the kitchen) But Christine's phone hints tells me to keep continuing the main story. Ive made it as far as the first scene with the Principal, is my save bugged? If i recall from when i last played the game, years ago, you didnt need to progress this far into the story for further Christine progression

**Horton Bay Stories - Jake v0.4.8.2** Change Log
**Fixed**: Several typos.
**Fixed**: Abigail correctly appears on the map at 21:00 outside Burger Baps on weekends.
**Fixed**: Time now correctly passes 1 hour after playing guitar with Claire at her house.
**Fixed**: If returning Claire’s stolen guitar, can no longer jam with her before actually giving it back to her.
**Fixed**: Claire no longer mentions coming over for a jam while her guitar is missing.
**Fixed**: Band Practice can now be started by walking into the music classroom on Fridays at 14:00 as well as using the Club UI button.
**Fixed**: Background music no longer stops during band practice after the first visit.
**Fixed**: During morning sex with Adel, after cumming inside of her, the final two lines of dialogue no longer repeat.
**Fixed**: Removed Christine’s speech button when talking to her in her room in the mornings.
**Fixed**: Edited Amber’s NPC guide for clarity when trying to continue Bethany’s arc.
**Fixed**: Edited Gemma’s NPC guide for clarity when waiting to meet her outside of Music Class.
**Fixed**: When having sex with Lana in your backyard, her creampie count now correctly updates.

From what i've seen you need to give Alicia the serum, then wander inside your house, you will get the side quest eventually

Make the game simpler, clicking 800 times so you may or may not get the scene you want is awful

The game is truly great, i really like it but the problem is the model quality especially adele makes me feel like fcking a granny with botox.
are there an improvement in the model quality if i continue to progress ?
