We've been testing the game ourselves for over a year, so I guess that minigame started to feel too easy for us, and at some point we made it a bit more difficult.
Speaking of testing, I did notice a few bugs in my playthroughs. IDK if any of these are fixed on the patch that adds easy mode, but I haven't seen anyone mention them yet.
- It's possible to get locked in the starting room once the start of night spawning delay ends, even on night one.
- The animation for a game over when locked in a room doesn't loop through all of the parts.
- Holding the button to look to the next light while in a room with no lights sends the camera way out of bounds (I'm guessing it's position 0)
- If you get attacked while your sister is chasing you then she doesn't despawn and keeps trying to follow you until the chase timer runs out.
- It's still possible to go through a door transition after your sister snaps her fingers to attack you, which either cancels the attack or causes the animation to be just a black screen (maybe looking at the room position from the previous map?). I haven't had any sort of softlock from this, but it's not too hard to trigger when you're running to enter/leave a room because of the TV.
- Having the nun attack simultaneously with other events can bug out the controls. I could move around just fine, but the E key was completely disabled. I think it might've been entering that elevator that got interrupted, but I don't remember. It's probably a good idea to make attack sequences explicitly clear any flags set during interruptable sequences.
- The elevator loss animation doesn't loop if you game over.
