It sounds like a quite nice plot, it goes very fast straight to the point. There are pop culture references and poop jokes. The characters look good, but blurry backgrounds are distracting.
Sometimes it's impossible to do certain actions because the keys used by minigame are used for other functions. This game needs a "rollback" feature.

...however, this is what a real HOT SHOT means to me.

When people talk about the dark world of adult entertainment they usually mean the backstage stuff not the actual entertainment.

Porn star drug abuse, self harm, rapes etc...

I think there may be some confusion between the uploader and the developer. Yes, Crazygamer43 uploaded the game and has uploaded many games. Crazygamer43 is also a game developer. But, according to the game development information, Atomi Kitten is the developer and the Patreon page appears to only support 1 game. So, if you're going to make this claim, at least provide some evidence you're correct. And don't assume the uploader will always be the developer.

Being forced to take "love pills", could be a set up for an addiction plot, as well as a gateway for future drug addicton, std and erectile dysfunction stories. Just after I wrote this the MC is popping pills like Max Payne and snorting lines.

Haha fucking Rich Piano has a cameo and the mini-"game" sucks monkey balls.

So after you get the "uncle dick" scene with piper it's done right?

5/10 with potential but I wouldn't expect much tho.
