How do you unlock the Gym? I am stuck at the Uncle Dick scene and can´t progress anywhere else..

I found impossible to do a workout in the gym because the keys used by minigame are used for other functions. For example: key "S" takes a screenshot or key "F" puts the game in full screen, so it's impossible to pass the game. Is it a bug or I'm doing anything wrong?

How do you bring health back up? It keeps going down, but the health clinic all that happened was the nurse putting her finger up my ass and no health gain.
