Is there any source on your lifted censorship claim? Because i can't seem to find it. The uncensored hentai animu available so far is either illegally leaked by insider or some non Japanese publisher (trimax, fakku, etc.) licensed it. As for real porn idk because i never follows it closely but in the past usually the reason is because the publisher/maker/store/office/server is not physically in Japan.
