How did you update the game? In the worst case scenario, download all 4 parts and put them together as told here.

xHello, in the guide it said that it should be extracted in Plugins, what else should be done??? I have the BepinEX folder in the exe folder.

It seems no problem at folder and files. but check game's path. do you use windows's special folder(download, my documents, ... etc)?
try move game folder to another place.

try move game folder to another place. (ex. "d:\Games\HotM")
may be your account name of windows has multi-bytes characters. the downloads folder's absolute path is "c:\users\your account name\Downloads".
Nothing still doesn't work for me, look, I'll explain everything more exactly, I downloaded everything I had to download 1,2,3,4 full, I extracted everything together, I started playing and then I downloaded the cheats, I installed them as they explained and now I load the game I hit the keys from F1 to F8 and they do nothing
