Am I understanding correctly, that this only runs on windows 10?

Well, it definitely doesn't work for me with windows 7. I get no keyboard response except the up/down choices like many others commenting. Too bad, it looks very nice visually. From the comments seems like it has a lot of problems, though.

Same here under Linux/wine. Tried to change VR to 0 in the boot.config but still no validation key

So, the camera is stuck looking at the sky, and even when I try to move it with the mouse, it goes back up. I also can't move, be it with WASD nor the arrow keys.
Wtf is wrong with this game?

MC's voice acting is hilariously atrocious. Things that would make this game great:

1. Ability to turn off MC's voice. It's just not that good.
2. Subtitles would be great.
3. Ability to skip without breaking the game.

At one point I was using "L" to skip and I was having a casual conversation with her with my dick out. So yeah...skip is broken.

I got exactly the same: besides WASD and arrow keys, no single control works. Even to stop it I have to do it from the task manager. this is some lousy game...

I had a few glitches as well, but nothing as drastic as others apparently. (Using Win10)

I have Cortana turned off because I don't want my computer ease-dropping on me. (The Computer is not your friend.) So voice didn't work. (Drat) But moving on...

I had some visual glitch issues as well, but most were cleared up by either going to the Main Menu and back into the game, or by exit/reopening the game. These were mostly where the POV moved to either an awkward angle or so close I got to see a single eyeball or the inside of the model (blank space outlined by the figure). They usually happened during scene changes, but didn't very often.

The game runs from scene to scene without, movement so WASD isn't going to work. The stuck camera that TheBerserker mentioned could have been caused by a stray input from a joystick or other controller. I accidentally tapped my joystick when moving something on my desk and that happened to me. Again, exit/reopen fixed it.

The audio changes don't seem to stay selected. I selected Low for Music and Medium for Voice, and every time I reopened I had to go back and reset them to my preference. The a scene selected from the Scene selection in the Main Menu didn't seem to have the issue, only when reopening and continuing the game.

One of the things I would have liked was a Zoom feature. Some of the scenes were a bit too close to see the whole scene (noticeable during sex scenes and the party), or included a bit too much background. Having a zoom might be an issue with the engine, I don't know enough about it to say, but it would be a nice feature.

All-in-all it was fun. I look forward to seeing what naughty things for the "good" girl the school year will bring.

Edit:

Being able to change the camera position during sex scenes would be nice, but I realize you have a POV thing going and it works for me, so this isn't really a big thing.

Tonight I tried to play this another 2 times, (4 times in total now) and again it always crashes and automatically closes / exits game window when the first scene finishes (when MC is about to move out of his chair).

Yes it's mouse and keyboard compatible...
1) Before starting 'new game', you can customize the girl by choosing option with mouse.
2) While in game, Down Arrow and then Enter keys lets you choose "Fine." for the dialog button option.
3) And moving mouse up, down, left, right lets you see 360d within the room.

Uninstall and look for another game that isn't made by HFTGames - I tried 'Mandy's Room' as well, it's boring AF, and although it never crashed, it has super bad lag, and you will fall asleep to it while waiting for the next unexpected command to hit just 1 button to continue video to next scene. Judging from these 2 titles, comments and reviews; HFTGames don't make games; they make 3D Visual Novel videos that only entertain the die-hard fans of such 'click-once-to-continue' genre. It's like watching Netflix or Google videos: It pauses after a certain time and asks "Are you still watching?", click once to continue :D lol

Holy hell, is there ANY way to skip dialogue? Might as well just watch porn in VR; at least you can fast forward through that. How is a "Skip Scene" button not mandatory in this day and age? Even worse is that you can't move through "stages" of the erotic scenes, or at least not the first one. You just have to sit there until the game decides it's done with dialogue.
