If you mean transformation sandbox, then I recommend checking out this creator other two games in Developemnt. "Manor" and "Incarasoul". Heads up that these two are very different gameplay wise from this one however.
and if you just mean transformation focused (with a emphasis on monster girls) then check out the game these gal characters are from (baring Nanako). "Runes of Pandemonium". Chapter 3 (Mei) and 5 (Christine) are the only one's "done" for now, but MAN is it well put together and amazing. Can't recommend enough if you love tf content or just good art and an rpg. You should also check out BottledStarlight's other words as well, also high quality tf focused games.

, and I really disagree with Runes' decision to retcon Christine into being a man just so they could pander to the genderswap fanbase. (I have other misgivings about the writing in Runes, but I won't get into that here.)

This has been out for quite a while but I'm confused why it doesn't have the furry tag as there are some monsters that are just: Purely anthromorphic.
Anthropomorphic means human-shaped.
Anyway, most games don't get around to adding tags that weren't present in the first release, and most of the furrier monsters were added in much later versions. There are probably over a dozen tags missing at least.

I know the game might be quite old now, but may I ask if anyone has any character mods to share?
Is there a site that host any mods for this game? Also does anyone have any recommendations related to games similar to this?
The best place to find mods is the discord. I posted a link a page or so back. There's a pin with all the known mods in one place there.
As for similar games, it's hard to find any of this particular style, but I would recommend checking out some of TL's other stuff.
Could I please have a link to a Discord server that has mods? I haven't been able to find one.
