ꜱᴛᴀɢᴡᴏᴏᴅ,
From my point of view, I repeat, money doesn't have to be the main engine, which drives a developer or multiple developers, as you call them (I call them programmers) to create a game or any program or any real object of life every day.
The first essence that must move any company (which is not honest, honest is something that you buy over time and you learn to manage your own interests and those of others) is the dream, followed by passion and determination to pursue that dream.
I know something about it, since I had my own company.
It is the model and mentality of how to do business today, which is social cancer, the cancer that leads to profit at the expense of the final quality and this model is the western one.
So I know!
Mine wants to be a clear constructive discussion, on how we plan today and beyond.
As for my economic point of view, neither you nor the others know me, but you can be sure that when I discover and discover a genius, a visionary, a dreamer and I see a lot of love and dedication in his project (without many useless bullshit on how to advertise) and, above all, a person who works in silence;
I gladly give my fucking dollars, but multiplied 100 times the original price of the work, because I don't look at the work at that point, but I look at the mind and dream of who, that work, created it.
And now I look ahead, off to the young and promising Indie skywalkers (crossing my fingers), to have a radiant future free from bugs and with complete programs and games. (And without citizen betatesters)
