Are you absolutely sure? The patch was made for the PC version shared on post #161.
The version on OP appears to be v1.1.0.

u do not need that - there is a .ini u just need to modfiy it and that is it
if u want u can make it generete the file with that field already edited yeah that the best thing u can do
