Looking to play this on mobile and saw from some previous posts that the itch.io version of the Android install already had the incest patch included. However that was from a very old post. Is this still the case?

You have to go back to the moment when the god Chaos asks you to choose the girl you want to see, and choose Saki.
If you don't have a save, you can simply start a new game, you'll see an option to jump straight to that moment.

Yes, that's usually one release for one heroine. Saki was the one people voted for in the last poll, so that's why.

Yeah, patreon being patreon, I'm staying as far away as I can of any incest patch. if someone here proposed an Android version with an incest patch, I won't intervene, but that won't be me.
Without spoiling things - no, MC isn't your typical wimp who gets beat up on.
I'm not sure how much of the game you've played, if any - but the game does play mostly the same up to the God of Chaos question section (minor variations in some scenes depending on whether you accept a girl's advances or not / choose a specific girl / etc), however past that... each individual girls story plays out completely differently to each other.
I've only done the Saintess and Melope's path (haven't had a chance to play the recently released start of Saki's story), and they are both very different to each other. What you're dealing with, how it's done, etc are completely different. Yes you do see the other girls in the path, but the game treats them as side-NPC's... any idea that they might have been a romance-able option seems to be missing, so you won't really see much in the way of rejection (as far as I can recall at least).
So if you're concerned about being forced to replay the same scenes over and over? You only have to do the stuff up to the God of Chaos question once, and every girls line from then on is difference (at least so far with Saintess & Melope)... so other than the same NPC's being in each story, they do differ. So can just save prior to making the choice, or start a new save and jump straight to the choice... no repeating stuff needed unless you want to repeat the starting half? of the game.

I played up to that point the very first time it appeared, and then paused until there's a harem path finished. What you're saying gives me hope that it won't be a slog of sadness to get to the ending I want though.
I played Angelica and Saki so far. And while Angelica will always be my main/canon pt it didnt felt bad on the Saki path. Angelica even helped the mc out big time preparing the mc/saki date.

Let's talk about Saki's chapter and what's to come next.
Hello. I hope everyone's fine? I just wanted to take a little time to talk about the last chapter.
I first have to say, it was probably the hardest to write. I knew I wanted to focus on the fate of the main character and the link he has with the sword, but I didn't know how to talk about it. In the end, a lot of it was written, deleted, rewritten... You get the idea. I think (I hope) the result I came up with is a good one, but God, I had a lot of trouble coming up with it.
Another thing I'd like to mention is the rendering. I tried to play with some lighting effects, more than I did in the past. I don't know if you've noticed? There are a few renders that I'm really proud of, actually.
Another thing I can mention is that there are a few scenes in common in this chapter with Melope and Angelica path. Things like the way they discuss the curse for example. In my opinion, it would be weird to have a completely different scene for no reason. Of course, 90% of Saki's paths are original, so I don't think it's that much problematic.
The next chapter will be focusing on Angelica. She's the one you voted for. So yes, the Saintess is back. I'm currently working on the script. Of course, the threat you saw in the last chapter of her story will be developed. There will also be a focus on the romantic relationship between her and our MC, and of course some hot scenes.
More generally, we're about 70% done with the game, I think. Which isn't half bad, is it? I'm really pleased to have got this far. Ah, but of course there's still work to be done.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me. It's thanks to you that I'm still motivated to work on this game. You guys are awesome.
