It's the walkthrough mod.
You can't install it by just dumping the files in the game folders.
You must make some manipulations, which were explain some page ago.
I was to lazy, and just decide to reinstall the game without the mod. No Russian anymore.

Better tag the developer so they can see the error and fix it faster.It's important to know the difference between Then and Than, as Cathy demonstrates by regaling us with these fine words during breakfast; "But I'd rather die, then sleep with the slimy fuck."
Might want to fix that, unless necrophilia is planned content of course....

I fixed it like this:
1. extract "scripts.rpa" from the game folder with UnRen
2. overwrite the extracted scripts with the ones from scrappy's mod
3. remove "scripts.rpa" from the game folder
