when are you going to implement a consistent means of obtaining metal? I don't mind some grinding but this is to the level of even save to manipulate the odd is not even worth it and almost everything requires it, I want to like the game but in this state i cant enjoy it.

the power station has a section that needs a key, can it be found or is this for later?

It takes time to create some options and make changes to the already existing content. You have to be a little patient. As I said, there is another way to find the special resources which is to find corpses in the 0 DANGER areas and search in their bag. There will be a special area to get only metal and rope but very dangerous, there will also be 1 new NPC who will search for resources and another survivor base to trade with.
Example: I just added in V0.13 a mood that allows you to change weapons during fights because there is too much fullness with the weapons breaking. It took me a while to find this mood created by someone else because it's not an option in the creation program.

part but it is for the next version with some changes that I don't know if they won't cause bugs in this version. I blocked part of the hydroelectric station because this will be available when I have taken care of the stations. There will be a side quest to unlock a fast move.
Normally, there should be a 2nd sentence a little below the message with Elisabeth to say that this part will be available in a future version. I haven't finished adding everything yet.

I made a fishing rod, where to use it? And now how do i get another hook? doesnt seem like i can craft it with kate.
You can fish where there are fish circling in the water.
You can upgrade Kate's workshop to have more items to craft or have upgraded equipments.

HP does not regenerate itself, and it's awesome, you need to eat something or sleep, having regained health to continue fighting with zombies, and yes, a blow with a fist takes away 5 HP from the opponent, a blow with a stick does 15 damage to HP.
Sticks and other weapons (and more) you can ask Kate to craft for you (workshop in the second house, where the kitchen used to be).
You can also recruit Lin, who is a doctor, and if you build her a laboratory, you can craft powerful healing potions and potions to boost your defense and attack during battles.
At Kate's workshop, there are weapons but also armor and repair kits to repair them and even double the life of each piece of equipment.
There are also NPCs who stay with you to participate in the fights, you just have to find them (the construction of their room can be done afterwards but they consume resources). There are also firearms with a % chance of killing in 1 shot.
In V0.13 which is only available to my members, there are 3 NPCs fighting with you, 4 firearms and I changed the source setting of the game to give the possibility to change equipment during battles.
There is still work to be done but I plan to allow you to regenerate HP by participating in the group meals at 12 pm and 8 pm (+ earning friendship points with the NPCs you eat with)/ to improve the kitchen so that Valerie can prepare better quality meals and get bonuses/ and much more.
question how to make fruit juices and vegetable juice i have drinking water and frood and /kitchen does not work is ther anbetter way to get drinks food no problem drinks are a problem

Yes, it is planned. I have also started to put content in the latest version that has just been released on my pages and which is only available to my ultimate members for the moment.
