It looks interesting but it has a tiring grind system
Where is the grind?
- For now, the game is still in development and I still need to add new features but you can already play without even having any problems.
- The build and repair system is grind? => there's not much you can do to unlock the content. You repair 1 bathroom and you can already get several spy scenes as a reward.
- Is food harvesting grind? => Just find Jessie and give her bags of fertilizer and she'll harvest vegetables for you.
- Is the drink harvest grind? => Just use the bucket Kate uses to collect water from the river and then use the campfire to create drinking water => But it's still too grind? => you need to upgrade the system to make it a pump that gives more and more water.
- Finding Women is grind? => just look at the map and go to the important places to find a part of them. The others that arrive will be unlocked by following the walkthroughs. => It's not available yet, but some NPCs will offer sex as a reward if you find family members.
- Is unlocking zombie girls content grind? => you just have to find items whose indications are all in the walkthrough of the 1st. For the other zombie girls, you just have to follow their walkthrough to unlock each step but there is nothing left to find because you already have all the items. There are only 2 zombie girls available for now, I'll add 2 more later but I'll add content for survivors first.
- Finding wood, stone, metal and strings is grind? => Depending on where you are on the map, the resources collected are more important if you are far from the base (a teleportation system will be added with a quest). In addition, I still have to add additional systems, including 1 that will allow you to obtain rare resources, 1 that will allow you to buy resources and 1 NPC to find for the base that will go and get them.
- Fighting is grind because zombies are too strong? => You just have to unlock more equipment because the more you wear, the more resistant you are and the chance of losing 1 of them also decreases. When you receive 1 hit, one of your equipment loses 1 point of durability but if you have several, only 1 receive 1 damage each turn so you keep them longer => you can also have more powerful equipment or increase the durability bar with repair kits. => You can also keep the equipment that will soon be destroyed to make it more powerful and the durability bar will be normal (Fewer resources used in manufacturing).
=> other NPCs to find can help in the fights because there are 3 who can fight with you, 1 who makes potions that modifies the stats in combat and 1 other who unlocks items to use that inflicts states on enemies.
=> And there are also guns to find that do great damage that can be improved.
- There's too much information or things to do, is it grind? => There's a new version every month, so you just need to update and play around from time to time to move forward. Otherwise, you can play once a long time to get lots of resources and when the new content arrives, all you have to do is unlock it. => Make several saves, the game is in development so there may be bugs and this will avoid losing everything to be forced to start a new game.
In the end, you will be able to enjoy the content without even having to leave your base and if you leave your base, you can use the teleportation system to go to other bases. => and since the game is a sandbox, you can rewatch the content as many times as you want. The VNs may be less grind but the content can only be seen once.
