You need to find them. Look carefully around the places where the NPCs are to recruit them and pay attention to what they say.
Currently there are only 4, but I might add more later.
P.S.: Don't forget to use ammunition chargers on your fighters to increase their ammo supply during battles.
- There are some in the base from the start of the game, either you use them for the portals or for something else.

Buaaa ya eso era poco para los portales, pide 50 de metal. lo que coji lo hice para la electricidad de las tres casas y la espada de chico. y la mochila no la vi
