people will always find reasons to be mad. I was also talking about his next game, as an option, not the current HS Tutor. it is his project, if he wants or dislike NTR addons, these are his choices, not ours. the reason I suggest NTR is because it has more content, games without NTR are limited by a single male which means less sex scripts options and positions/animations. having everything as a choice is the best of both worlds. but I'm not gonna ask the Dev to work harder, it's just a cycle. first game had NTR, current one does not, so it makes sense that the next game will have NTR as an option or even full blown NTR plot.

whatever the Dev decides it is his choice, I simply think he should not limit himself because of a small group of people who see NTR tag and get angry.

I think you can have ntr and not base the whole game around it. You can have it as bad endings for example, but for most of the non-ntr crowd if they see a game with that tag they will not play it even if the ntr is avoidable. You have good examples of this in games like power vacuum or the spellbook the ntr is 100% avoidable and in the case of power vacuum is not even canon but most of the fan base are ntr fans, and when there are polls about new content to be added to the game the ntr stuff almost always wins.

There are some that don't even want any of the girls in the harem to have sex with each other . For me as long as that stuff is avoidable I don't care too much. But it also depends on how much of that stuff is in the game, for example I stopped playing the spellbook because half of the game was ntr. It was 100% avoidable but if I have to avoid half of the game's content it's not really worth it for me.

as long as you keep your games non cartoonish, as in 3D style, I'm good. it wouldn't hurt to have younger characters but I understand you need to take care of patreon. sharing and hardcore is also important so to have that option is always good (this way both NTR lovers and those who don't, can have fun) since HS Tutor does not have sharing/hardcore I was hoping your next game will be more like the first game (doesn't have to be in school settings ofc)

TLDR -

keep the game 3D (no cartoons/hentai)
try to have both NTR and non NTR (something for everyone)
keep incest and hardcore if you can

Speaking personally for myself, the answer is no.

I mean, it wouldn't be a total deal-breaker, but it seems like it would require a lot of extra effort in the game development side and wouldn't really add anything for me.

Now if you had multiple FEMALE MC protagonists, each with a harem of girls, on the other hand...

I had no idea, I mean it's basically porn, a sex game, you see a pretty girl you want to see her get fucked. the more the merrier, if you are allowed to only use one penis/male then you are limited in terms of sex plot and positions/animations. the last school game had options, mostly harem and by the end a single choice (tho Alex was probably sleeping with the chosen mother as well and her close friends) yet the hardcore/sharing stuff didn't feel out of place. it was to the player choice to share with his friends or not.

you don't have to make it so complicated. I am simply stating the obvious, if you don't limit yourself then you have more options. either way the dev will do what the dev wants, there is no question here.
