It was. He finished 1.0.0, and everything seemed relatively wrapped up, but not even a week later he went back on Patreon and said "I've changed my mind. I'm still going to dedicate as much time to Solvalley School as I do to my other projects." So now he's continuing to work on it, and my guess is that he'll be working on it for a while.
Part of me is glad that he's doing this though because it sucks to see some of these amazing projects end for good. I just also wish HS Tutor would get updated more frequently.

I believe that patch was made before the game had the option to define relationships. I don't think it is needed any longer.

I've finished all of Kelly's scenes (upto "Mating Ritual") except for the "Fun in the library" one. She keeps spawning in the woods and there's only Amelia in the library. How do I make Kelly spawn in the library?
