The game ends for me at the Bar.
I spoke to everyone at the Bar > I did the quest of 'have a drink', 'buy a beer', but can't 'Go to the Lounge'.
I spoke to everyone at the Bar again, gave the guy playing pool the Beer.
Bought another drink, game won't let me take the 2nd Beer.
Spoke to everyone at the Bar again.
Still cannot go to the Lounge.

Am uninstalling game, and will wait for more content with clues on what the fuck I'm suppose to be doing!!, and a major fix job on the super bad lag, misplaced dialog, fix the jagged furniture so MC doesn't get stuck when they're not even touching MC, speed up the dialog, option to have Low / Medium / Good graphics, an actual save / load feature instead of being a placeholder, fix the dialog options boxes - seems you have to get it on a hair-width for them to light up, better 'look down' view for MC = can't look straight down even at his own gut, and many other minor to major fixes.

ooo.... If the Dev made it so it's different from person to person, or it depends on what dialog option sequence you chose before the puzzle; then I guess he did a good job there, because no walkthru will have just one answer
Buggy mess, objective is to have a beer, ordered the beer, cant's finish drinking it, so objective is not completed and can't get up from bar chair.

Try talking to the pool guy a few times after you buy him the beer. He should say he's lining up his next shot or something, then you should be able to buy him another beer I think.
You probably need to interact with the poker machine. It's to the right while facing the bar. Check around it to find a coin. Use said coin on the Fortune-telling machine.
As far as I can tell the objectives don't really help out at all. To leave the bar after sitting down, try clicking on the far right of that screen. I don't know if ordering a drink is scripted or not, but I had 2 shots of tequila and then I think Mario came over and started talking or whatever.

Too late, I uninstalled the game. As I mentioned in a previous post; after talking to everyone again, (and yes, I got the pool guy saying he's lining up a shot) I did buy a 2nd Beer but game doesn't give option to grab it.

Ahhh. Honestly you didn't miss much. Just a conversation while your buddy gets a bj, and a very awkward bj scene featuring MC's tiny pecker.

i actually pointed out that an underdog game where MC loses everything and walks in on his wife get it on with someone else is not something Non-NTR players would get passed even if MC became a chad. i forgot what else but apparently it was enough to get my post removed so eh shit happens
Youre awesome. Wish more and more ppl would post this and save me the time. NTR sounds ok and make somewhat of sense because even though the wife would know about his tiny johnson syndrome beforehand, she would be furious enough to cheat on him immediately for banging her daughter. Decent premise as far as porn logic goes even though its a stretch IRL. Puzzles and Unity is what made me say "no thank you".

Theres a little thing, when you have curser on some person and try to release the cursor with right click, person react as i left clicked. Otherwise, cool story, may lead to a great game

Ok, so after some tips in the comments, I've managed to finish what there is of the game.
I think it has some promise, but it's currently a bit rough and definitely lacking in content of the type I like.
What there is currently is mostly the MC having a really bad day, and watching other people have sex with attractive woman
If the trend continues, I expect that the granting of his wish will result in him growing so large he destroys the solar system with a fart, then dies due to lack of oxygen.
I think it has some promise, but it's currently a bit rough and definitely lacking in content of the type I like.
