What does titles do? Like "Sensitive *something*" or "*something* Lover". Is it just trophy for 25/50/100 body part usages or there is some effect from them?

TL quality is about 5/10, and they used modern slang which doesn't go well with fantasy at all.
Ambient seem to be rpgm. Moans were surprisingly decent tho.

For anyone struggling with the QTEs, there is an item you can get which lets you auto-complete QTEs with no chance of failure:
You can add a "Worm Sachet" to your inventory with an RPGM save editor. This is a key item that lets you toggle on/off "semi-auto" or "full-auto" QTE events.
Also, if you want to be able to use Deadly Seduce to vore enemies more often, you can modify the cooldown and TP cost on line 263 of "Skills.json".
Be warned this completely trivialises the game, so only do it if you don't care about the challenge.
