It's actually just right, so far no one said it's too loud.^^

More options will be available with new builds.

It's a exploring game, the game won't hold your hand all the time. You get the important key bindings in the main menu. There's no main questline for now. You can talk with some NPCs and do quests for them to get rewarded. It's very WIP for now.

Upcoming build will offer a more realistic town with more NPCs and things to do. Not sure if every house can entered then but for now the tavern and gunsmith shop are the most interesting locations in town.

There's some truth to that. I guess the devs decided to give it some punch when you fire the gun but wanted to avoid a bloody hunting game (Patreon is on witchhunt now) and kept it that way. I don't mind, it's a fantasy game and allows such stuff.^^ Imo a matter of taste.

You should always crouch before you aim to avoid hitting nothing.

For now having sex with them is all. You can do much more with them later.

New build has autosave.

Keep in mind that if the body parts expand too much some animations will look silly or completly broken. Yes you could have a butt as big as the moon but then people will most likely curse about a buggy game. X3

I'm sure those things will get fixed asap.

Well there are some NPCs standing around you can talk with and have sex. Pail the dock clerk if you go the stairs up at the spawn point and Timathi and Sterling at the gunsmith shop.

Well there's a timeline on patreon and also a trello. My stomach tells me it will be at least 2 years for all the stuff that's planned.

The last Patreon goal has breeding. How much content and impact it will have on the game is open for now but yeah, chances are good there's no need to simulate a big belly now if there's an actually reason later.

Yep, VC is up to date and game tells you that 2gb is needed to run. And previous version works fine. There is "Crash!!!" line in the log file, not really informative. I guess i'll have to wait for the next update.
