Is there any way of fixing the void black skin that all characters have for me? P.s. my computer is pretty trash so is there a version optimized for bad computers? I am using r4.21

Games travel with the time. If you run the game on the lowest settings possible and it still runs like crap or you even get weird errors then your PC isn't up for the challenge anymore and you have to upgrade it or buy a new PC.

Normally I have no problems with 97% of all games, this one:
- after first start with high grafics my PC blows up (too much ressources)
- simple controls does not work (A,S,D, Shift...) only W works for slow forward (you wolk forever to reach a place)
- no sound
Maybe I got something wrong, but I will delete it again.

Supersampled (F5) is super demanding and your PC needs to be really powerful to handle that. You should go with the F4 setting. If you still get low fps your PC might get old and needs some new hardware.
Make sure you have no controller plugged in. Unity doesn't like those at all.
No sound cuz no sound was made yet for the game. It's in the making but for now you should just play some music in the background.
Could someone post the changelog for 4.21? I'd beg for the Linux version, but I don't know if the changes are significant enough to warrant a waste of someone else's bandwidth 
also public Patreon posts are hyping up 4.22, so I might just set aside ten bucks in a month or two so I can pledge to get and share that when it comes out. (Especially since by then, they might start working on the submissive content, and that's something I want to support)

Right, I can't get you any change log since there ain't one, but I did manage to get the offical link given by Rufflenecks. Just a small note however. This IS NOT 4.22. This is a mere preview of 4.22 which does contain the new Character Creator, but that's it. The Mediafire folder contains Linux, OSX and Windows downloads.

Hello, that's because your graphic card is probably rather old and doesn't have shader model 4.6 or newer. There were already a few reports about that problem on the H&S discord.
To fix this you have to invest some money to pimp up your PC or buy a fresh one. :/
