It's just so damn boring, the slow movement speed forcfes you to walk around 2 hours just to get the ship up and running (even if you use Cheat Engine to max gold and stuff)
And then its the exact same on all islands you can visit, especially the new ones: One harbor with 4-5 NPC's, none of which you can fuck or only one BJ scene, the end.

Giant empty islands with nothing and if you do find something it's a tiny container with underwear that CLIPS on every character that has the sliders changed from default.

Night is still horrible, everything is black.

Seriously needs like a 500-600% movement speed hack or something.

Just noticed that the slot is still empty and i never saw something like sandals in any shop i watched around and reset the shops a few times. Nothing.

You can find some clothes made of censorship in your room on the ship.
Traders sell clothes on the market in the starting town. There must be more traders selling clothes elsewhere, but I never got that far.

This game is doomed for abandonment... Dev never really posts updates, so people keep assuming the project died, and thus the devs keeps losing donators, and gets closer to dying.

This project isn't going anywhere... One update every 2 years, and it's just a bugfix update? Lmao, nah, this project ain't happening.

Don't expect to find much.
Creating a mod with new prey or NPC is not hard at all, but it takes two more steps than a mouse click like in case of the character code sharing. And people are just lazy.

Attached is a small collection of my prey added to Skiia (main island). Half of these are just slightly modified or unmodified NPCs turned into prey, some are quick creations, few even a character codes found on the Internet.
Don't expect much, I haven't put much effort in that. Also it is made for game couple versions back, not utilizing new skin patterns and tails.

The best way to add new prey is to create some yourself to your liking.
Then move saved character .bytes file from your save game folder

in Linux it is ~/.config/unity3d/Ruffleneck/Hunt and Snare
in Wine (likely in Windows) ~/AppData/LocalLow/Ruffleneck/Hunt and Snare
but it could be also in LocalSettings as it is specific to particular OS version and configuration
...note that a file browser in Windows is configured to not show system and config folders and files by default setting

to the particular mod folder:
[game executable folder]/ruffleneck_Data/StreamingAssets/[mod name]/Characters/
And add (copy-paste-modify) the character referencing the bytes file to the pail file.
[game executable folder]/ruffleneck_Data/StreamingAssets/[mod name]/[something].pail

See and modify my mod for simplicity.

Did what you said until now and got ONE. Why is the spawn rate THAT horrible.

Perhaps Ruffleneck intended to make this species rare. The same with Lyvfork (cats with horns) sparsely spawning on Iskaai island snowy highlands.

using unity runtime editor you can set the speed of the animator component on the character, allowing you to get places faster

a similar thing can be done to make the ship go faster, but you need to find the script responsible for its movement
