I just don't get it.
It's almost chaste, except for the clear and blatant bondage themes.

IIRC, Cinderella 2 had some sex-scenes, didn't it? Some sort of monster or guard in armour would rape the heroine?
It was kinda vanilla, but it looked like the developer was branching out.

Don't overthink. This is just a Ninja Gaiden-ish game with erotic appeals. Maybe making explicit sex actions would make it inconvenient to separate into a R18 dlc.

No. Cinderella 2 had zero sex scenes. The only thing that came close was in the secret chamber: Some characters imported from Cinderella 1 did something that resembled simulated sex.

Just out of curiosity, do you actually know a game that let's the player do that kind of stuff, especially the wooden horse rocking?

Maybe because he just wants the game to be about bondage and not hardcore torture porn.
Sex/rape isn't really a "Must have" in BDSM or Bondage content. How he makes the game is up to him and his content is tied to a particular crowd or following. I think the problem is that you expect too much from this one person developer and he did not advertise the game as such to be extreme. Did he screw with people? No. You screwed yourself thinking otherwise.

Also Cinderella 2 does not have sex scenes or tentacle rape. What happened is that she just gets violated and that's it.
Should the day happen where his games become hardcore, I am sure we will be excited. Though for now, this is all we get and don't expect AA or AAA quality level game. Otherwise you will disappoint yourself.

v1.1.0 and v1.1.1 adds nothing new. It's just a bunch of engine updates and bugfixes. So unless the game is crashing for you, it won't matter.

The difficulty game of this curve is so weird. Play it properly and it's incredibly difficult, especially with the shitty camera. Cheese the starter ranged attack and it's trivial.
