i recreated it by splitting it from Jillxt00full-1080P.mp4

It means smaller file size. Loses quality of course, but usually not much
I think Melkior's asking if the compressed folder includes all files from the other links. I can't say for sure but from the name and the size I'm 99 % sure it does (rf96 could say for sure). By the way it's not a stupid question, OP's of threads for comics and animations often get a bit confusing after several updates when you're not following them regularly.
Regarding loss of quality: usually compressed folders include videos in smaller resolutions, like 720p instead of FullHD or even 4K. Same goes for pictures. So I guess it's a question of personal preferences/priorities.
