Looked at the task manager and found out that the new update uses ALOT of my GPU, can someone clear this up?
Overall I have a decent PC i just have a slow but efficient GPU, but I haven't seen any game use this much before
If a game doesnt use your gpu to 99-100% then its either: fps capped, not well made.
Of course, there are exceptions where a game is so trash it can use a lot of gpu and produce low fps but I dont think its the case here.

That does not make too much sense, it really all depends on your graphics card, imagine using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 and have a porn game max it out at 99%, I have a 2070 Super Max-Q, only games like Warzone, Elite Dangerous, and Tarkov will max it out, but if I lower the graphics in the game, it will also lower the percentage mark.
I see your point but I just dont understand why it uses other resources like my CPU and my RAM
I've seen responses and it still doesn't make sense to me that the old version (2.3) ran over 30 FPS while this version cant handle 20 and honestly in my opinion I hope its FPS capped because I dont feel like paying over a thousand for a better GPU just for a porn game
As I said, the game can be not well made, there are games that are really badly optimized and use 100%, i.e porn games, most of them are really badly optimized, like 90% of them are really badly optimized. But you also have a point, it depends on your gpu, game, etc.. to keep it simple I think my explanation was good enough. Btw, warzone, elite dangerous and tarkov have an engine where they have a max fps cap/limit, so considering you have a really good GPU you probably reach them and your gpu stops working at 100%, thats why its lower % when lower graphics
I tried playing this ver and the game is badly optimized, if in a future update they decide to optimize it, it will run miles better, for now you can only play as it is rn or play the older version

All the good games use +90% of the gpu while running at a decent resolution and Frame Rate. If your GPU struggles running this game, then your system is just too old. Not much one can do unfortunately.

Well duh, if they developed the game quickly then how would they be able to coast on their monthly patreon donations? A completed game doesn't show **potential** like half-baked pre-alphas do.

I agree as well, i bought and uploaded the new build bc i was curious and felt i owed this website something at least. Unfortunately outside of the character creator (which is still heavily lacking compared to sdt) this game is simply a worse true facials and i don’t see that changing for a long time. especially with true facials dev returning.

Flash certainly is... and as far as my age remembers... That used to be the 2D Engine back in them dark days...
Also I personally think that SDT was the at the peak of the genre just a few years ago and had the mods pouring in...
But I agree.
The mantle changes... Everything should..
Please don't make any more Live action remakes...
