I think this is it,the author just couldn't pay the artist according to his patreon page.

the game is on "indefinite hiatus" basically, its not finished, and likely never will be, unfortunately.
if youve already hypno'd the noble lady then you just need to go to the pub to buy travel rations then you can leave.
the game is simple very simple
after receiving the ring you have to go to your friend, who lives south to centre of town.
You have to follow their instructions on to how to get the Ruby. (As you are in the sewer you will notice small room, later in the game you will come back here)
In the elf lady's room there's nothing to get so go straight for the red chest.
after optional mini game you will have to come back to your friend, who will repair the ring.
You can now start raping women, starting fro myour friend. Try talking to girls, some of them will have option to hypnotize them
(in the first town it is: elf lady by the river, lady in furniture store, knight in the changing room, nun, girls in the sauna, baronees ; I recommend visiting them later in the game dark elf lady and baronees after doing necessities)
when you come back to center of the town butler will tell you to go baronees mansion. You have to go there to go further in plot, but you don't have to go immediately, go fuck girls
when you get bored of fucking all these girls go to baronees. You will get gold, with this go to pub and buy food. This will allow you to go out of town.
you will see prison on the right, but you will have to go to the left, through the forest. after completing mini game with scorpions, just go down and female bandit will come at you. You will hypnotize her, and fuck her just to go further.
You are now in second city (yipeee) there's not much to do, on the left you will get sex massage. And on the right part of the town there will be mansion with big walls. Go to bottom left of this walls and there will be a hole in it.
You go in, fuck the princess (or mayor, idc) she will grant you permission to go the magic tower, which was earlier blocker by some guy by the tents ( just above the mansion). Go fuck the sleeping witch. Tho she doesn't have any images so you will have to imagine things
You go to the capital, which is to the right. Go mess with as many girls as you can. Go to the pub, and to the backrooms, there will be a girl who you will first undress, and then later she will help you knock out guy on the bottom right of the capital.
go past these walking plants, meet with the nerd will tell order you to go back to the first town, and back to that sewer room.
Lucky for you, he gave you teleportation something, so you don't have to go past these scorpions (twice). So you get his scrolls, teleports back to the capital, go past these damn flowers again. And you are rewarded with enhanced ring.
You can now go fuck girls you couldn't fuck before (which are on the begging of the world map), and SOME girls have new animations.
or you know, you could just go the recollection room and don't lose time trying to figure out there's not that much of content
