Overview:
You moved in with your best friend and his family under one condition:
That you don't hook up with your friend's cute little sister Leah who seems to have a crush on you.
The game begins with Leah complaining that her boobs are too small, so to make her feel better you pull out your grandfather's pocket watch and wave it in front of her, telling her that her boobs will grow. This somehow works, and soon all of Leah's friends are asking you to hypnotize them also.
Choose between being the nice guy and the asshole with each girl. It is possible to date multiple girls at the same time, but you will find that girls in small private schools tend to gossip.
There are five main girls with story lines to explore romantically.​

The title is a bit misleading, this game contains hypnosis, but not mind-control, hypnosis in this game is used primarily for breast expansion. Many different characters with unique personalities. The story is a little bit silly and has quite a few inconsistencies according to some choices, but it serves well as a vehicle for interesting character interactions. The dialogue is fluid and funny with a multitude of pop culture references and poop jokes to boot.

"Who in the earth needs a watch to hypnotize them,
if you've got a long bouncing DICK to do the hypnotizing job." o_O

that is exactly how biology works…at least that's what I was taught in school. Also reading this when it says 'you pull out your' I already read dick in my mind before I finished the sentence, maybe all these porn games are polluting my thoughts

so transformation, is that tag used properly in this? generally it's used to portray MtF or FtM transformation but nothing in the description seems to give that idea

I think in this case they just mean body transformation since it mentions using hypnosis to make boobs bigger. As always though tags are usually gotten from developers or whoever requests the game provides some tags with it. If this tag is wrong then you can just 'Report' the OP and let them know that the [transformation] tag should be edited since it's not being used correctly.

Hard to tell if I'm interested from the screenshots; 2 and 3 are, um... oof. But the other three don't really show anything. Are all the renders just foreground-background?
Edit: They changed them. Game is meh, that one girl won't take off her glasses again.
