It's a single DLC and it isn't out yet, we just need to be patient. It's important to keep in mind, the final version that we have took over 3 years to make. You can monitor their progress reports and see sneak peeks of upcoming content (I'm assuming what you saw, since they showcased the elves early) on their Ci-En page:

Oh. Are you joined with them? They sent me an email about a month ago, but... well, I'm not the only one that uses that account, so didn't keep it. Had a lot of pink graphics. And talked about the DLCs. Was about... two months ago? I think. They sent it to everone joined. Maybe you got it? I.... sadly, didn't actually read it... No, I am not affiliated with these devs, I'm just following their Ci-En page because I'm excited for the DLC.
I haven't seen anyone mention it, but the latest news is that two months ago the developer injured himself while doing "high-intensity squats" with weights and was unable to make much progress on the DLC up until now. They feel they're back to more or less normal work pace now. We can all agree that the main takeaway here is to never even attempt exercise.

Just recently I read of a developer that's in hospital because of car accident.I haven't seen anyone mention it, but the latest news is that two months ago the developer injured himself while doing "high-intensity squats" with weights and was unable to make much progress on the DLC up until now. If there was any way to get self injured. Doing it by intense workout session is definitely an honest and understandable way of doing it. Try running this one on the Maldives emulator. The game can run it just burns through memory quick with the Live2d model, the game does crash but that is just my phone's specs.

Okay, she goes around lifting curses (there is a Brothel in Red Light District she can't enter. How do I make her eligible to enter?) from the "handsome gatekeeper", or "handsome sorcerer", but uuuuuugh all we can see is some ugly gray head model kissing her. Seriously? Any way to download this without shota content? I guess if downloading from steam there's no shota for sure but also no adult content, do all lewd patches have it or is there any lewd patch which excludes this content?

No u cant, the shota content if im remember correctly can be avoided thou.
In Joyplay, click on the game icon and select "Decrypt files." After this, the game will run without errors.
