Is the gitgud patch update out of date? Because it is older than the current version of the game listed here.

Kagura games are almost always good!
But almost always buggy or incomplete in some fashion...
This one seems to tend to keep crashing when new scenes try to run.
Thought the patch was supposed to fix this, but it doesn't.

Latest version seems to be v1.09 with bug fixes, but this one is only v1.08 with bugs....

I have finished this game and I have to say it was very good for me. The game has good sound and smooth 2D animation. In the 13 hours I have played it, I only encountered one bug which was when I used a potion to increase my health by 1 star, but it was fixed by downloading a fix on GitGud on the homepage. I hope the DLC that is being developed has multiple endings and allows the Queen to get pregnant.

if you go to slum and chase all the residents into their houses before the whole city is controlled, you will lose that scene forever and can only watch it again in the memory room

Nah bro At first I thought so too, but actually just level up and all hypnosis levels to level 9 will unlock it But thanks for helping

Where do I have to go to unlock this scene?

You have to sleep and then go to the slum to check if it has activated. It's a random event scene. After it activates (you'll know when you go to the slum, because a hypnosis icon pops up), head East to the building. There'll be two guys. Scene happens. That is of course, unless I'm thinking of a different event.
