I was thinking more along the lines of a revenge plot. Uncle has been hypnotized into thinking he's fucking these girls for money and is actually just giving them money for nothing, then the game is about him struggling to break out and after he succeeds, realizing hypnosis is real, he works to keep them unaware he's broken out and is turning the tables.
