Shattered Minds is not the game, There is a imaginary girl who keep teasing the mc, them he fuck his school friend, then he fuck his mom, his teacher, and the game has a tone of comedy almost, i cant remember the name

No matter what route you choose there's plenty of hints that Jenn is playing around behind your back.

I think it's just you, but she does kisses someone if you're late at her party, regardless of the route you choose, but she feels so sorry for it, that she gives you a "hall pass" to do anything with one of three person(Haley, or Rachel or someone else)(of course later, you're going to fuck both rachel and haily if you choose so, regardless of Jenn's hall-pass)

Yeah, as Demoness_Kiss said, her "cheating" on you at her birthday party is mostly a narrative excuse for her to not mind you sleeping around with all her classmates. It's never brought up again and if his other works are to go by, you can rest assured the Dev won't pull a UNO reverse card and make all the girls cuck the MC or anything of the sort.
Probably. Their most recently announced plans (early December Patreon post) said that they planned to work on their other game for a bit and then come back to Hypnosis, and continue switching back and forth between the two long-term. They were guessing at February/March to finish their immediate plans with the other game (though they've already missed getting their Christmas update out for the holidays) and then less than 3 months for the next update for Hypnosis.
Personally, I'd take their timeline with a pinch of salt, but I'd still expect to see more for Hypnosis before 2026 rolls around. Assuming, of course, that they don't suffer something fatal in the meantime.

I thought the dev abandon that game for good, I guess not *sigh* why is so difficult to focus in just 1 game? At this rate neither of the games will be completed before all of us are over 80

last time he explained his reasoning about it, he said that it was to avoid to feel burned-out from Hypnosis, but if you check his patreon-news, he has like 2 games(Hypnosis and Endowed ofc) and a couple of novels/stories in the making.
i don't advocate for him, i'm just recalling what he said back then + what i found in his patreon.
