It is. But it's hard. Real Hard. It's gonna be a grind, and you might need to just abandon her for the first run and grind yourself to max stats, then try to get the good end on NG+, and even then, you still might fail. I advise cheating, at least for money.
You need a certain amount of *trust* points(earned through random events in dungeons and playing Simon says with the NTRBastard mid-battle.) to be able to interact with the FemProtag in the second half of the day, and do any sex stuff with her. Also you need to grind her Sex stat to be able to, needs to be like 300 or 500 or some sh!t idunno. First hurdle.
Do not lose any fights or escape dungeons prematurely, that will cause bad stuff to happen. If you haven't paid to see her, do not reach the night phase with more than 600 lust if you haven't unlocked sex with her via grinding her sex stat, or you will trigger bad stuff. Do not use the Tent's *decrease lust* option, this is literally opting in to bad stuff. Same with Prostitution, D-doy. If NTRMan has sex with her before you do, you are locked out of the Good End.
Also? Tons of pitfalls.
Do not grind her kissing stat, and try to generally avoid scenes that raise them, you can do the option a few times for the scenes, but letting her have a high kiss stat can get you a hidden game over where she has sex and marries the NTRBastard without telling you, even if she has low sex stat, and you'll only see these scenes if you grinded your Peeking and Keen Eye stats. Even with 0 in Keen Eye, it will let you know if she marries him.
Similar story with breast and anal stats. The game warns you about this, but seriously avoid letting her Lust Crest stat go over 300, or she'll start flirting with NTRAnons, and possibly engaging in bad stuff. That bad stuff is garunteed past 600. Also, as if this wasn't blatantly obvious, activities that raise the Cuck and Cheating stats are BAD.
Good end requires that you are her first sex partner, and impregnate her. I have not figured out how to do this yet, but considering that there is a "SpermPower" stat? Might be that.

The concept of their games are excellent, but the execution is goddamn awful.

Haven't played this yet but I quite liked "time loop NTR". If this sucks I would recommend that game from the same dev

You guys can just edit the save on disc > users > username (your pc username) > appdata > locallow > keganilab > notleader > save

I ended up buying the game on Fanza was a trouble setting up. Didnt think it would be posted here so soon thought it would be a few days. I don't regret my purchase though Dev seemed to put in the work through their dev blog posts.

How do you guys play this guy's games? I played the one with barbarian raids and the translation was really bad, but at least it wasnt live translation like most of them. That just makes it impossible for me to get any enjoyment out of it. This was one has ok translation but its hella grindy.

Since drchainchair2's mod also so kindly shows decrypted game files, I took a look at some of game's math.
You have 5% base chance of impregnating heroine, and SpermPower raises it by 0.1% for every time you sleep with side heroine, up to 25%.
Interestingly enough, swinging sex actually uses this same value to check if she gets impregnated by other guy. Probably an oversight.
On this subject, to have bareback sex with Heroine you actually need 750 vaginal training and 850 Favorality, in addition to being her first.
Anal stat isn't actually bad, if she has higher anal training than vaginal, she'd have anal sex instead and so stay 100% virgin, not locking you out of good ending (the game actually tells you that). At least in some situation, this won't protect you from kiss-cheating (that happens over 500 kissing and 500 vaginal training).
With Lust Crest, bad stuff starts happening over 500. Decreasing it will lower it down by herbalism/10.
Random observations:
Basic attack does 5 up to 10 damage, increased by fav percentage of 3 harem girl
Special attack does 3 to 13 damage.
Blocking NTRman once gives you 30% chance of blocking his actions for the rest of the battle.

It appears you can still get good ending if heroine marries someone else, since the ending checks for good ending conditions (virginity + got her pregnant at least once) before other man's endings.

It's an even bigger shame they fumbled the mechanics so badly on this one too. Their previous games had a bit of grind, but the game as a whole was generally decently interesting if you could stomach the MTL poetry. Now we've got much better MTL options available, but they put in a serious amount of grind and random chance combined with obnoxious skill levels for being able to even have a chance at view scenes. Most egregious of all is how painfully slow combat seems to be. It really just drags on having to wait like 5+ seconds for every round to finish because you need to wait for whatever harassment to happen. That really should've been an "on the side thing" that just updated end of each turn and didn't have unskippable time for a crappy animation dedicated to it.
Kegani's art has always been a bit lacking and story a little silly, but past games I always felt would've been decently enjoyable 3-star games worth checking out if you have nothing better to do...assuming the translation was a little bit better and gave you enough info to not fumble through the game mechanics. Now we've got easily understandable mechanics and even largely coherent story instead of MTL poetry, but a game that's just grindy and a time consuming. Which is a big step in the wrong direction.
The short answer is Kegani Labs appears to have fucked up on this one.
Previous games I'd rank around 3 stars assuming a coherent TL (which they lacked) as the biggest thing holding it back was the unclear game mechanics and word soup of MTL poetry for the dialogue. If you had the patience to work out the mechanics and found the art satisfactory, they were normally fairly easy to obtain the desired outcome and didn't require too much time in my memory.
For this one, we've got better MTL with chat GPT and the likes available, but the game mechanics are just straight bogus and don't respect the player's time in the slightest. So the fact you can relatively easily understand the dialogue and what each choice will do in the game means nothing because the art is their usual mediocre quality and the game just drags on and doesn't let you play. A real shame tbh.
On the upside, savefiles are plaintext files in appdata (C:\Users\<YOUR_USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\KeganiLab\NotLeader\Save), so you can edit your "Skill" and "Skill Limit" freely just by changing the numbers there. Maybe I'll come back to this later and figure out which of the 9 values correspond to "peeking" and "eyes" skill and max those. Might be more worthwhile of a game then but I still feel like it'll barely raise to 2 stars worth with the other grind
Edit: eff it, while I'm here might as well look into what is useful to edit in the savefile to cheat/improve QoL for the game:
- "Skill" has 9 "value"s separated by commas. The values from left to right follows the skills in a clockwise manner when viewing the training page during the day. To avoid breaking your game, probably best to ensure this number is always less than or equal to the "Skill Limit" values below it.
Special Attack, Herbology, Lockpicking, Trap Evasion, Peeping, Special Eyes, ???, ???, ???
- "Skill Limit" follows the same order as skills. To avoid breaking your game, probably best to ensure this number is always greater than or equal to the "Skill" values.
- "Contribution" haven't tested it but I'm assuming it caps at 999.
- "Gold" haven't tested it but given debt is 10,000, it's likely safe to raise it to 99,999 which should be more than enough.
- "LustCrest" is for the crest value displayed in the top bar. Should have a value from 0-999
- "Lust" is for the number by the heart in the top bar. Should have a value from 0-999
- "Favorarity0" should be the heroine's favorability towards the protagonist. There is also "Favorarity1" and "Favorarity2" which I'm assuming is heroine favorability towards the Master and Others (but unconfirmed.)
- If you want to grab every outfit, that will be a bit tedious to edit everything but looks like every value for items above "Tutorial40" are the outfits. So just raise those to 1 and you should obtain them. (or a few if you want spares to sell)
Skill -

50,50,50,50,999,999,50,50,50500 in eyes gives you maybe around 1/6th of the screen visible. Still easy to click and miss what's there. but honestly more at what I think the "baseline" should be for the skill if you like the feel of "looking through a small opening" if not, just max it at 999, you should probably catch the scene if you click middle of your screen with that.
250 in Peeping gives an above average chance of seeing most events. In case you want the chance of failure/there are some changes to "missed peeping" scenes. In any case, you should have enough chance to see every scene you had a chance to see without trying to hard at this starting point. 999 if you just always want to succeed at peeping basically.
Maxed limit on both of those because it's already enough of a time sink if you want to spend time training them. The rest of the skills I don't feel strongly about one way or the other as they don't matter much for scenes from what I've seen.
Attached are saves for a new game with the above starting skills (skipped the tutorial in case that happens to be important.). Save10 is only the skill change. Save11 starts you with 1 of each outfit option, including the higher rank outfits (cosmetically the same, just stats differ)
