for people struggling with clicking AD, make a macro on your keyboard or use a software. I used a macro that types "A" then "D", and repeats the inputs as long as the macro is held down, and temporarily put it on the backslash button, and will deactivate it when done with the game. I'm using a steelseries keyboard so there's a built in macro editor.
