That's an unfortunate artifact of the incorrect way this site defines the tag. If you look at manga/doujinshi with the tag on nhentai, the POV character is just as often the one being raped/coerced/tricked into cheating (another essential element the F95 definition leaves out, resulting in a lot of false positives that should just have the 'regular' cheating tag).

Agree, pretty sure the ones that like NTR, hate harem/netori games but say that lame shit are just cucks that are too ashamed to admit it. Nothing wrong with being a cuck per say if thats what gets you off but the NTR comments are a weird paradox at times. Anyway thats why Netori is king.
Look into one called Ripples, it's not confirmed to be the case but so far everyone speculates that's whats going on. MC hasn't had sex with mom yet but it's heading there.

I'm familiar with Ripples but I'd forgotten about it. Maybe it didn't update for a while or something. Anyway it didn't feel super weird to me or anything; I'd consider this game to be several tiers of batshit up, not that I managed to finish it past the bugs and the unfixable aspect ratio problems.

Yeah, I've been reading manga on Tsumino for a long time and I think they recently tried to consolidate all cheating tags into just "NTR" before changing it back to the way it was, with a different tag for each of several types of cheating plus the "Cheating" master tag. It would take more work, but it wold be nice if this site would do something like that.
Overall, Tsumino has the best and most consistent tagging I've seen on any porn site, with F95zone being a close second. They even have an "Inseki" tag so you can avoid half-assed pseudo-incest if you want the real thing. And the community and moderators are so consistent in fixing incorrect or incomplete tags. It's a far cry from the majority of porn sites that will clutter every video title and tag section with every buzzword that comes to the poster's mind, even if it's blatantly obvious that there is none of the advertised content in the actual video, or the tags even contradict each other. I'm amazed at how the overwhelming majority of videos contain blatant lies like that and yet nobody does anything about it because ad money. Makes it hard to find teens, incest and impregnation in particular. Then there's Newgrounds which does have an option to block tags, but no apparent community moderation to make sure tags are accurate, which can be a problem as for example seemingly most Furry artists don't bother to tag their images as such. So for Tsumino and F95zone, I'm honestly impressed.
