it means your version of the game is not compatible with the DLC, download the game again from first page and then move your old save to the new installation

it seems Kagura forgot some parts , this scene in specific was some parts in english and in japanese (i did download the game again from the new link/installer)

You can just fail mission that don't have rape on failing it.

edit: Failing to clear Rizma leaf, Pax and Mine monster extermination mission on chapter 1 will let you go to resistance route at chapter 2 (the earliest possible) without losing your virginity.
