That's the kind of error you'll get if you don't run the game in Japanese locale.

The solution is pretty simple: either use a locale emulator, or set your device to Japanese locale.

I think this is just every NTR story in a nutshell. Or even simply romance, Japanese sure do love their fucking misunderstandings.
