I don't think we are looking at the same card. What you are missing and what HS2PNGInfo says you need is very different.

As akumakazama said these mods are belonging to another card and definitely not part of BetterRepack.
Mods from "Is." seems to be in a modpack from here

Yeah....these Chinese Cards are a pain in the ass getting mods and when you can find the source they never seem to answer. If there are Chinese members pls help us out.

As akumazama said we have the problem with chinese mods barely available in the "other world".
Here we need the whole clothing from "Is" - no clue where to get.


The character itself is loading fine in BR13.

So I have to ask you why do you insist to get such critical cards to run - there are so many fine cards similar to this to find out there.
I recommend you look to Kaosu with similar characters

He (she?) also offers coordinate cards (in album "card mods") you can use on your chinese card, or you find another nice card for your taste.

You can search e.g. here

That looks either like a suit (looking at the neck) or it uses a strong modified bumpmap. So not easy to achive but doable.

Going by the site i found it it claimed to be from a pack for hs1 and was named something like skin5 unfortunately I've since lost the link. But no such skin exists from what i see in hs2. Not sure if they can be converted between the two?

Also how does one go about making a bumpmap for more definition?
