Those models looks great! It seems to have been made in HS2 StudioNeo2. I wonder if, it is possible to exist an app that does "Reverse Engineering" in such Unity based games and extract somehow the 3D, Unity models.

Or maybe just re-creating the chars instead. They don't appear to be made with mods imo.
