Ok - I only tested the cards of your MEGA link and used the zipmods I already had in my MyMods (downloaded for a while as Mr-Fox shared them here https://f95zone.to/threads/illusion...lect-2-card-sharing-thread.44248/post-9700937 - but don´t try, the links are dead now)
I´ll look if the zipmods of your MEGA link possibly don´t work.

Hi everyone, does anyone know how my save cards are big 300mb and more? Same for studio save but 1gb. The cards i find online are more smaller, there is a way to compress them?
Sounds like you have some very high-resolution textures or overlays?
If you're not sure which, try removing some, re-saving, and checking the file size. Once you've identified the excessive textures/overlays, reduce their resolution and re-apply them.

You shouldn't be surprised with images made in the Studio, many times "what you see is not what you get"
.... instead, you should check images captured from the Maker itself, which is the closest to what you will get.Overlays. Check that first. I started a thread a while back about this. It's honestly insane some of the overlay file sizes. Wouldn't mind too much if they added to the card, but honestly a lot of them were just poorly optimized overlays for the genitals or a single tattoo. That sort of ridiculous bloat.
So my suggestion is open up the questionable chard, nuke the overlays and see if you notice any difference in the appearance. Save it as new and compare with the old.
Can you test this card in HS2 and tel me if the face is wright and if mimics (eyes, mouth etc.) are working?
The face should be standard Illusion Type 4 and all mimics should work.
Also important is that you check if you have installed and active Hanmen's next-gen.teeth mod (looks like it messes with Type 4 face in AI) and if you have those two files in your game folder:
