No, subfolders seem to be OK for me. I have over 22K in one subfolder. But if the main "female" directory gets packed with more than say 150 cards, the game starts to chug for me--mostly when loading and saving new cards.

Yeah i already tried to have autosave save more regulary than usual just in case but by far the most annoying is that at every game reboot i have atrocious lag/freeze when scrolling through clothings from a certain modder that make unecessary heavy thumbs pictures.... But hopefully it's only the first time when the game is caching the thumb into memory.
Really depends on the folder you are working on but you're right about trying to not overload your folders.

Try to load cards by dragging and dropping them from open folder window instead using game's load function, for some reason this method doesn't cause slowdowns on my game.

But pls note that only cards from female folder can gain stats point from H-Scenes

I highly doubt you will find a copy of that lady. This is one of many live "demonstration" snaps by a guy called ABC-Chocolate from the Illusion Soft discord. Unfortunately, he is a showoff douche bag like that Zecon character is here.
One author who does share their characters akin to the screenshot is this amazing artist, Bnrt, from Yuki Portal:

With a few of Bnrt's girls and a bit of saavy in Maker, you can fs get a very similar character to Choco's stuff--maybe better.
I was able to cobble this from a few of his girls and what I remembered from the hair & clothing Honey Select 2 has available. 
See if you can build on it to get closer to Choco's because it is unlikely the guy will ever share any of his cards with you.

Very true, Akuma. Per your healthy kick in the bum, I have begun testing DHH presets. Not sure if Choco works with DHH or the other graphics plugin, but this one looks decent via DHH.
Preset attached as a share also... maybe one of you guys can get closer?
PS: Make sure you put the second card in the 189 pose naked at least once in Maker. You will like how her tits "adjust".
