Hello again.

As promised, the map catalogue 2.0 is ready. It contains a picture of the around 850 maps that you can find at 'Add' -> 'Map' tab. As in version 1.0, the name of the picture is exactly the map name, typos included, so you can find it quickly using the 'search' function (given the original list has no special order).

In many cases, I try to remove the ceilings so you can see the whole interior at first sight, however, have in mind that many maps are also interesting for its use as an exterior element.

Light can be quite an issue. Many maps are too dark, due to the author intention or to your own light settings. I have to illuminate most of them for the capture. For the case you run into troubles with this, my advice is (if you use Graphics Mod) to change between Skymode and Trilight in the first tab. If this fails, my trick (a dirty trick, I know) is to use a preset plenty of light. If you don't have already one, go to, e.g., a beach scene and save that preset to use it further with the dark maps. I can tell you how to deal with light in DHH, since I never used it, but surely you can get similar effects as in Graphics Mod. Anyway, the forum has good specialists in light that for sure could 'illuminate' you.

Unlike the first version, in this one the maps are ordered by categories, since from my own experience I have learnt that it is easier to find what your looking for that way. The assignation of a map to a specific category could be a matter of opinion indeed, but you always have the option to reorganize them at your will. The default categories I use is the following:

-Ancient Far East: Classical maps of (I think) China and Japan mainly, with pagodas, temples, castles, etc...
-City: Cities and villages, streets, squares, urban parks, buildings and infraestructures and so on
-History-Fantasy: Historic and fantastic environments, castles, temples, forests and also cities. Egyptians, Romans, Medieval as well as Elven, Orcs and even Halloween
-Houses-Rooms: Places where people lives (or try to do it)
-Leisure: Places where you can go in your spare time: Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Beaches, Museums, Cinemas, Hotel, Gyms... Also vacational places
-Miscellanea: Everything I can't assign to other category
-Nature: Landscapes and places with almost no human presence
-Sci-Fi: Space things of the future, also cities, labs and other facilities
-Transport: Planes, ships, trains. Also tunnels, by the way
-Work: A wide collection of places. Offices, Shops, Factories, etc... but also Hospitals, Schools, Jails. Generally speaking, places where people work but don't use to live

There are several maps which I think are empty or, at least, I am unable to see anything there. These are:
*Eclipse
*Airplane_Mono
*[Alaja] Camping
*[GMCC] Workshop
*[GMCC] Military_base_light and _dark
Some others are not included because, though they seems to work well (and probably do), when I tried to take a screenshot (F11) of them my computer goes crazy using 100% of its capacity and, after a while, I had to reset the whole machine to get out of there. These are:
*(Mas75)Magic Room
*(Mas75)Medieval Fantasy Bedroom
*(Mas75)Sweet Tent
*(Mas75) Northern Castle Bedroom
I don't know if the problem is in my computer or in the map itself, so it will be great if somebody could check them to get to know it.

And I think that's all. As the first time, I will upload this in parts, since there are a file size limit for that. Hope it could be useful.

First of all: kudos
A lot of work and a big help, finding nice maps ...

About those problematic maps:
The empty ones seem to be just that: empty (neither map controller shows anything nore is there any lights.
The other ones:
It's probably the animated lights, that's eating up your ressources. You could disable things like fireflies, candles, fires ...

I attached the screenshots I made about those, following your naming and format.

Just adding that with some maps, I've found they'll only work in DHH mode.

option 1: Run KKManager and let it download everything it wants (will include or should include everything you just listed).
option 2: Go to this website and look for the items you're looking for: . Download and save it to /mods/mymods folder in the honeyselect folder. If you do not save it to mymods, they'll get deleted if you ever do an update using kkmanager.
option 3: go to kemono.su and search for the author under artist. Sometimes you'll get lucky and their stuff from patreon and pixiv will be available through this.
But in the case of the scene you linked, I think it's all in the sideloader. But it didn't seem to have any animation? Dance or otherwise?

Edited to correct. The animations have to be turned on by selecting the character, then Anim - Animations - then select the speed and enter. Do that for each character.

Try changing the rendering path to forward in graphics mod settings. It fixed some of them for me (But it also has the limitations of forward rendering. I'm too stupid to explain them)

About maps....
I'm beggining to work now with the ones contained in Add -> Item, which are also quite a few. I don't know how long it will take, but allow me another couple of weeks.

In the meanwhile, there are some questions I would like to make, related to things I found in some scenes, for the case that somebody could help. This is the first one:

Sometimes, the illumination in a scene is restricted to a fixed distance. I tried to get rid of that in order to use the scene for my own purposes, but I was unable to do it, no matter what I tried. Anybody knows how to get it? I attach an example scene for you to know what I mean (the scene is from Dread, by the way).

Thanks in advance.

However, you can tweak them to work with Graphics Mod, as I mention in the first message of the update. All the screenshots in fact were taken with Graphics Mod.
I swear I tried everything I could think of and nothing ever worked on a few. Specifically Selfish Crow's attic one was just stuck.
Also a few from AILegend. Kudos to you my friend.

forward path didn't work, but vertexlit did. Wish I knew what those terms meant.

Did you try my preset trick?
I tried to share the one I use to use, but F95 doesn't allow me to upload it (??), so you may try to get one by yourself, sorry

Just find a scene with plenty of light (e.g. a beach), save its lights as a preset in Graphics Mod preset tab and then, use it with any other scene you want. Have in mind that, sometimes, you have to click out and then click in again the button for the preset to work.

Also, in the first tab, 'Trilight' use to be more brilliant than 'Skybox', at least in my settings.

Good luck!

Note: I finally camouflaged the file adding it '.txt' extension... For it to work, remove that and save the file in the 'presets' folder of your game. And don't forget to cross your fingers!
